Planning consent has been unanimously approved on our new build petrol filling station on Burton Road, Finedon.
Our works will involve demolishing the existing building and canopy on site and removal of the existing tanks, to make way for the new forecourt featuring six pump lanes and a retail store, that has been pre-let to Co-operative Group Food. The site has been used as a filling station since 1959, so after an extended period of vacancy, we are looking forward to bringing it back into use and with an improved convenience store offering, that will benefit the local community.
