Another successful handover, this time of our recently converted convenience store in Norbury, SW16.
When we acquired the site, the three units fronting London Road were in a derelict state, but after extensive structural and underpinning works, we have been able to amalgamate the units to create one larger retail unit, which was pre-let to Co-op Group Food. This is a relocation for Co-op from their existing store on Fairview Road. A big thank you goes to our main contractor, ABGI Construction and our extended team of consultants for getting this project completed. Watch this space for Phase 2…
