Northhold Group have secured planning consent for a change of use application on the former Honda dealership in Retford (Nottinghamshire).
The development will be carried out in two phases; Phase 1 will see the existing Honda site being redeveloped to create a Co-op petrol filling station and convenience store with two adjoining retail units and shared car parking.
