Northhold Group are delighted to confirm that we have completed on the acquisition of the consented, serviced land for a new convenience store in Steeple Claydon, Buckinghamshire.
The consented parcel of land has been purchased from Kier Living and forms part of Kier’s wider residential development, which will comprise of 90 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes. Kier Living is the homebuilding division of Kier Group, one of the UK’s largest combined property, construction and services companies. We have a great deal of experience in delivering convenience stores to support additional amenity provision and choice for communities, and have no doubt that this latest location will prove very popular. It will be a valuable new amenity, not only for the residents of Kier’s new housing development, but also for the wider community of Steeple Claydon. We are looking forward to working with Kier to deliver this project in 2020 and anticipate a start on site in Q1.
